Fees for ghostwriting vary greatly. There are lots of factors involved, including: type of genre, type of information provided (idea, outline, rough draft, if I need to come up with the idea, etc.), condition of information provided, research, and so on.

To give you some idea:

Picture books under 800 words: from $1,495 (if provided with a usable, detailed outline or rough draft) to $2,995 (if provided with a basic outline or detailed notes). If you have an idea for a story, please ask for a quote.

Chapter book: 2,500 to 10,000 words. Pricing starts at $1,995. My chapter book special is $3,950 for approximately 5000 words, if provided with a usable outline and depending on the complexity of the storyline.

Young middle grade: 15,000 to 25,000 words.

Middle grade: 25,000 to 65,000 words.

Upper middle grade: 65,000 to 85,000 words.
